The location is right on the junction of major shopping hubs like Westgate and Sarit malls, making it easy to grab anything you need. The ambiance in the hotel is quite inviting, with a rooftop spa that adds a nice touch to the experience.

The rooms could use a serious upgrade—one had a bathroom cabinet hanging off the hinge and a fridge that hummed so loud it was hard to sleep. Basic amenities like a baggage rack and good-quality towels were noticeably absent, contributing to a somewhat underwhelming experience for a 4-star designation. a mixed bag that could be much better with a little attention to detail.

this hotel was a tragic disappointment. the fridge hummed loudly all night, and I had pre-booked a late check-out but was treated like a nuisance instead. a welcome gift woudl ve been expected after such inconveniences. do not expect much from this so-called 4-star hotel, I almost wrote a grewt review but just couldn’t.

The bathrooms have dangerously slippery floors!!! A full kitchen without any utensils or cookware is quite misleading. Room amenities like a loud fridge can be disruptive for a restful night!!!

Stayed 2 nights in a 1 Bedroom King Suite. The room had a private bathroom, kitchenette, and electric kettle. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great with a good variety. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive. Spa on the top floor offers lovely views and relaxing services like massages. Perfect spot for a getaway!

It was a great fit for a quick weekend visit in Nairobi with decent value for money. The front desk service was super helpful, making check-in a breeze. Make sure to enjoy the breakfast as it offers a nice variety.

Had a fantastic stay! Loved the spacious Deluxe Room and the breakfast variety was a delight. The only downside was the fitness suite was a bit small. Absolutely would come back!

The hotel's location was excellent, close to both Westgate and Sarit, making shopping hassle-free. I found the pool area to be a bit lacking during my visit.

Amazing place with its great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and relaxing spa treatments. The staff even helped me with great local spots during my first stay. I’m coming back for Easter!
